Missing my Asian foodie again!!
Got some leftover unpolished rice from last night which is perfect for making rice foodies such as fried rice, rice cakes and so on. Why? Because overnight nice is chewer and not that soft like just cooked rice. So normally I like to cook more rice and keep some for the next day.

I love rice especially 糙米 Tsaomi (short grain brown rice), but I have to tell you that how nervous I was while first time I cooked rice in a pot!
I only used to cook rice with an electric rice cooker which is  just like a bread machine, easy cooking and happy cooking.
