Ingredients

  • Turnip and mushroom rice cake 6 slices
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves 4
  • Seasoning
  • Black sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • White wine 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 100 cc

Directions

A. Trunip and mushroom rice cakes

  1. Fry the turnip and mushroom rice cake until both side brown, meanwhile cut them into strips. Or cut them into strips before you fry them.

B. Sauce

  1. Heat the pot with black sesame oil, and add garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
  2. Then add seasonings listed as above in the small heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until sauce is thick and then join basil leaves, mix well and cover for 3~5 minutes to get more flavour.
