I just found out there is a delicious recipe has been sleeping in my kitchen. How can I forget to share it with you. It's such an easy and fantastic dip, Almond Spread. It goes very well with Ostrich burger, chips (especially homegrill sweet potato chips) and .. as you can imagine!

Ingredients

  • Almond 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

A. Almond Spread
  1. Soak the almonds with a cup of water and placed in the refrigerator for at least six hours or so.
  2. Drain the almonds.
  3. Blend all the ingredients to smooth and creamy.
  4. And then add salt as flavour needed
