The smoke salmon ravioli from the market dinner last night, sure it was tasty but kind of too salty. It made me think of maybe traditional Chinese dish "Sweet & Sour fish" might be suit very well.

The sweet & sour sauce really balaced the salty smoke salmon, yay!

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper 1
  • Onion 1/2
  • Tomato 1
  • Baby mallow 1
  • Leftover smoke salmon ravioli 3/4 package
  • Feta cheese 2 tbsp
  • Seasoning
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White wine 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp

Directions

A. Veggies
  1. Chop and fry onion until it's soft and can see through.
  2. Light stir fry tomato, baby mallow, sweet pepper with the cooked onion.

B. Sauce

  1. Then add the seasonings as per the ingredient list and water to boil in small heat  then join the leftover ravioli.
  2. Cook until the sauce is thick.
