What is the best food for this freezing winter? "Porridge!" I've been making porridge for breakfast, brunch... Last time we did the milky porridge, today let's do Chinese flavor!
As you see the indredients, yes, SOYSAUCE ,it's the key of this porridge. Soysauce's not just used for sushi, we use soysauce for a lot of different cookings in Taiwan. I totally love nice, not dead salty soysauce, it brings nice flavors. So here I also share my homemade salt reduced light soysauce. I use salt reduced light soysauce to make an even more lighter one. Somehow soysauce in Cape Town is very salty for me.

This Chinese Porridge is also tasty and  definitely warm your heart up, too! BonappTreat.
