RICE PIZZA (五穀比薩 Wugu Pizza)!!! Have you ever had Rice Pizza yet? Use Five Sacred Grains-Luxirious to make your own pizza base. It's also wheat free, healthy and delicious 100%! Let's play with Fice Sacred Grains!!


Ingredients

  • Rice Pizza Toppings
  • Fried eggplant 1/2
  • Rosemary hearbs 1 tsp
  • Fried cauliflower 1/3
  • Chopped garlic 1 clove
  • Tomallow sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili cheese (Option)
  • Basil leaves 2
  • Rice Pizza Base
  • Precooked Five Sacred Grains-Luxirious 260g
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

A. Rice Pizza Toppings
  1. Cut the Eggplant to 1cm slices and fry them with some rosemary.
  2. Use the same pan and fry the cut cauliflower with some garlic.

B. Rice Pizza Base

  1. Mix well the materials of the pizza base mixture as the per ingredient.
  2. Into the hot pan in the medium-small heat. Gently make the rice pizza base into round shape with a turnning shovel. Fry to the bottom into slightly golden colour, then turn the rice pizza base over(use another plate to help you to turn), and turn the heat to small.

C. Rice Pizza decoration

  1. Spray some chili cheese and smear some Tomallow sauce on the Rice Pizza base. Cover it and wait until the cheese is melted.
  2. Decorate the pizza with the eggplant and cauliflower, spray some chili cheese and cover it until the cheese on the top is all melted.
  3. And put some chopped basil leaves to get more flavor when the Rice Pizza is ready to be eaten!!
