A windy Autumn afternoon, I didn't really want to touch any cold water so have many dishese to wash wasn't needed. According to the limited situation, a sandwich for late lunch could be nice, easy, quick and "not too many dishes"!!

Sandwish in Chinese is "sanmingzhi" san is three, so all the sandwiches have 3 layers of toast bread. It's different with here, sometimes 2 layers or just one or even made by a hot cross bun. All called sandwich!! Guess culture shocks never ends up...

懶人三明治 Lanren sanmingzhi (Lazzy sandwich) tastes really nice and fresh not lazy at all!

Ingredients

  • Organic toast bread 3 pieces
  • Sweet potato pecan salad 2 tbsp
  • Cherry tomato 2
  • Fresh basil leaves 2
  • Boiled egg 1
  • Butter
  • Brie cheese as flavor 3 slices

Directions

A. 懶人三明治 Lanren sanmingzhi (Lazzy sandwich)

  1. Pre heat the ovan in 100C for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the egg for 5 minutes and chopped.
  3. Slices the tomatoes.
  4. Spread butter and add brie cheese on the bread and grill in the ovan until the brie cheese is soft.
  5. First layer: sweet potato pecan salad
  6. Second layer: basil leaves, tomatoes and chopped egg, layer by layer.
  7. Third: the butter toast for the top.

B. Serving

  1. Stack up the toasts and cut it to 2.
