Missing my Asian foodie again!!

Got some leftover unpolished rice from last night which is perfect for making rice foodies such as fried rice, rice cakes and so on. Why? Because overnight nice is chewer and not that soft like just cooked rice. So normally I like to cook more rice and keep some for the next day.

In this hot weather, some greens, fruit and cream cheese with my favourite balsamic vinegar is the best side dish. Sour and Spicy are my favourite flavor, I can't live without them!!

Soriyaki flavor 烤飯糰 Kao Fantuan (BBQ short grain brown rice cake) and basamic vinegar greens, here we go!
